- How do I place an order?

Ordering on website is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

- Shipping

Method of shipment: We will ship the product to customer by DHL, FedEx, UPS or Thailand Post. After sending the product to you, we’ll send you the Tracking No. Shipping fee is to be borne by the customer. Ships all the orders within 3-4 business days from cleared payment time during weekdays, except for weekends and Thai National Public Holidays. 

Ground shipping: Please allow 7-15 business days.
Express shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days.

The first time customers of S.M.SILVER925 Co., Ltd the minimum order value is 10,000 THB. 

($300 USD) This may be a mixture of any products displayed on our website and purchase of 10 

pieces per item to make a *wholesale transaction.

The amount shown in your selected currency may not be the exact amount which will appear 

on your statement. This is to the discretion of your bank. 

*If you are registered wholesale user and would like to purchase below the minimum quantity, you will not be able to proceed 

to the checkout with the wholesale prices. The customer must change the status on your profile page to retail.

Please note that the amount shown in any other currency besides THAI BAHT is a guide price 

only. The amount displayed is calculated according to the daily rate of exchange.
